Share some basic details such as (rental property address, both parties, lease duration in months, deposit amount, rent amount & other terms and conditions) with us. Our well-trained experts will prepare the rent agreement draft for you & share with you soft copy for approval on E-Mail & WhatsApp.
Once rent agreement draft is approved by you, our field executive will visit to your location OR you will have to visit our center in your city OR biometric device will be delivered on your address & complete your biometric execution & Aadhaar authentication.
On completion of biometric execution & Aadhaar authentication, your rent agreement is submitted for registration & it gets registered in 3-5 business days. Once registered we will share your registered rent agreement soft copy on your E-Mail & WhatsApp too.
